Usage Overview
The steel reinforcement protection layer tester can be used to detect the construction quality of existing reinforced concrete projects and new reinforced concrete structures: determine the position and layout of the steel reinforcement, and detect the thickness of the concrete protection layer based on the known diameter. It has the function of scanning the layout of the steel reinforcement. In addition, the position of magnetic and conductive materials in non-magnetic and non-conductive media can also be detected, such as cables and plumbing pipes inside walls. This instrument is an intelligent non-destructive testing equipment with automatic detection, data storage, and output functions.
Major function
1. Detect the thickness of the protective layer of the steel reinforcement under a known diameter;
2. Estimate the diameter of steel bars and the thickness of the protective layer under an unknown diameter;
3. Detecting the position and direction of steel bars in concrete structures;
4. Detect the thickness of the protective layer of the steel reinforcement under a certain measuring surface (or line) and display a grid (or section) image (must use a scanning car equipped with the instrument);
5. Probe self calibration function;
6. The storage, viewing, and deletion functions of detection data;
