Product Overview

The integrated three-axis acceleration vibration monitoring device is a device that can monitor the vibration of building structures and convert it into measurable signals. By sensing the changes in physical quantities of objects during the vibration process, these changes are converted into electrical signals or other forms, and the data is packaged and sent to the receiving platform through a built-in data processing filtering algorithm combined with a mobile IoT network card for subsequent analysis and processing. At the same time, static leveling can also be connected to the external 485 interface and collected for uploading to the digital platform. Users can set the sampling and return interval of the monitoring instrument through the serial port or platform according to their needs. The monitoring instrument will automatically sample and return at the set interval. The monitor is equipped with a 13.2Ah high-capacity lithium-ion battery, which can meet the needs of long-term monitoring.

Application Area

The integrated three-axis acceleration vibration monitoring device can be used for deformation monitoring of tunnel surrounding rock, internal structural vibration of tunnels, and monitoring during construction processes.

By installing vibration sensors on the surrounding rock of the tunnel, the deformation of the surrounding rock can be measured, thereby determining the stability of the surrounding rock and the impact range of tunnel excavation. During tunnel construction and use, the vibration frequency, amplitude, and other conditions of the internal structure of the tunnel can be monitored, and the health status of the tunnel structure can be evaluated in a timely manner to detect abnormal changes in the structure and take repair measures.

During the construction process of the tunnel, the tunnel construction process can be monitored, including excavation, support, lining, and other work. By analyzing vibration data, the stability and quality of tunnel construction can be determined, and potential problems during the construction process can be identified in a timely manner, in order to adjust the construction plan accordingly.
